Refund Policy
Effective October 18, 2026 · Seller: The L Words
Payments
The online reader is free. A one-time $20 USD purchase gives you the ebook PDF and workbook downloads. The free online reader stays available regardless of purchases.
All sales final
All ebook and workbook sales are final. The L Words does not offer voluntary refunds on book sales. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or refunds required by applicable law or the payment provider.
Download or payment help
If you have a download problem or believe a charge was made in error, email hello@thelwords.com with the email address used at checkout and your receipt so we can investigate. Where a refund is required, it is returned to the original payment method.
Download access after a refund
A full refund of your $20 purchase removes future PDF and workbook download access unless another valid $20 purchase remains on your account. Partial refunds keep download access. Files already saved to your device cannot be recalled. The free online reader remains available.
